1) In this modern age, has chivalry become a faux pas and/or insulting to women? Asked by John D. from Shiprock, NM There are always going to be feminist extremists who get offended when a man opens up a door for them, but in general chivalry is not a faux pas. Granted, if you put your jacket over a mud puddle and try to help a woman over the puddle you may get some odd looks, and if you try to order for a woman at a restaurant it may be taken as rude. We are in a time where women and men should be paying for dates and we are capable of opening our own doors. Women are fighting for equal treatment on a daily basis, and some women feel that chivalry is just one more thing that separates the genders. This is a small percentage of women, however. When a man opens up a door for a woman, or lets a woman go ahead of him in a line rather than racing to the back of the line to beat her there it is very nice. 2) Where should a man look for the girl who is the elusive "Lady in the streets and a freak in the sheets"? Asked by Darnell O. from Reno, NV This elusive lass is probably not as hard to find as you may think, although many of these women are probably already taken. No man in his right mind would let a woman like this go. There is no certain location to look for a woman like this. Just look for a sweet girl who doesn't seem too shy or conservative. Almost any woman can become a "freak in the sheets" if she isn't already. 3) Do girls really keep all their love notes and cards from previous boyfriends? Asked by Billy J. from Fort Lee, NJ It is very common for a woman to keep all of the love notes and cards from the man she is currently with. It is not common that said woman keeps these if the relationship fumbles. Normally, after a break up a woman will throw away or destroy all love notes and cards she has from the past relationship. No woman wants to keep the love notes of a failed relationship, and it's actually quite therapeutic to destroy them. In a way, it brings closure to the break up. 4) What part(s) of their body are women most self-conscious about? Asked by Andre T. from Bethel, AK Between all the women of the world, I have no doubt that every single body part could be on this list depending on the person you asked. In general, I believe that the most common body parts that would make the list would be the thighs, butt, stomach, and breasts. Most women want their bodies to look like the celebrities/models they see everywhere on a daily basis. This constant reminder of the perfection that some women have accomplished makes us look at ourselves and our most troubled areas. 5) How can I get my girl to um, "groom herself," a little better down there? Asked by Nolan H. from Wells Branch, TX If you have a very honest and open relationship the easiest way would be to mention it to her in a non-offensive way. You could also try something different yourself, such as shaving your genital area, to bring up a way to suggest that she also try something new. This way you can make it out to be something fun for both of you to try rather than stating that she has a grooming problem. 6) What is a romantic place to take a girl that men often don't think of? Asked by Max O. from Glendale, AZ If you two have been together for awhile it is always romantic to take her back to the place where you first met, or the place that you went on your first date. You get bonus points if you get into the same booth, theatre, etc. Also, if there is a place that means a lot to you (such as a specific cabin you stayed in with your family as a kid, or possibly a certain field you go to to look at the stars, etc.) it would be romantic for you to share that with her. You could also take her to do something that she is interested in. If she briefly mentions something she likes, such as a play, you could take her to see the play. Not only will she love the play, but it will mean so much to her that you paid so much attention to her and remembered. 7) Why is it that many girls claim to want a "sweet, simple guy," and yet wind up dating the "prick who drives a Ferrari"? Asked by Caron H. from Akron, OH It's probably the same reason that many men claim to want a "nice girl with a good personality" who wind up dating some "prima donna bitch who weighs 100lbs yet still wears a C-cup". There is a good chance that this guy isn't a jerk to us, or maybe he isn't a jerk at all but you are jealous that he has a Ferrari. However, I will still stick with my answer when asked why women always fall for the "bad boys" from earlier this month. Women are often drawn to jerks because we think we can change them. We see him as someone in need of our assistance for some reason. We really do want a sweet and simple guy, but we don't always have the most brilliant ways of getting him. Trying to change a jerk to a sweet guy is definitely not a brilliant way to get that. |
